This command giving me Error Description = Not Found

Same here , how did u repair ur pc please tell me I clear my disk by mistake, now windows 10 is not responding. But in cmd, i see my old all file on disk part and also i can see my all data in recovery option but i can't able to recover. Can u tell me any solution for this 😢
