The transparent form technique works great, just had issue with your Form1 background image SCG Software Solutions and no matter what, when launched the Form1 has a strange painting anomaly as it opens, it shown to have a horizontal line that visually moves down through the form. I can't use this with that image in the background and that anomaly with the horizontal line swipe through the screen. Now if I remove the image background from Form1, it all works fine. With the background image, it has the horizontal line swipe. In addition there is a big black square that momentarily appears first as the Form1 maximizes. The Me.Painting = False does nothing to solve the problem either. I don't know how you did it in the video. You must have a lot better graphics card than I do. That's the only thing I can attribute this to. I slowed the video down and yours does the same thing (minus the black square) but a whole lot faster so it isn't as noticeable.

There are many options. 1. Try to develop in a small size and use the ANCHORING. 2. On RESIZE Event, use the Inside Height and InsideWidth (monitor size) 3. Using vba function (auto resize form) I will create a video tutorial about this soon.
