Congratz! 1 tip: if the bridge was not oriented months, but listing products (for example), a classification in Column "E" leave the chart with the cleaner layout.

Just curious but what version of Excel are you using? The red and green colors in my chart are not exactly the same as yours.

What if you dip below 0 for Jan then go up from there? That doesn't work on the chart.

The start of sales flow is 3000. So all the numbers are above 0 . It's wrong to put a big negative number for Jan for example. Waterfall chart doesn't work with negative Base. We need other kind of chart.
