What to do if the tracker portal of ircc is showing you wrong contact details for the sponsor (Wrong phone number and they've listed place of birth as Unspecified) I had entered all of my details correctly in all forms, I even downloaded my application again and rechecked. For Additional documents, they usually give you a GC key option where you upload the requested documents or via a webform or by replying back via email. The instructions should be mentioned in their ADR.

@@RaviKumar-ce2nh if you’ve tried everything, and it still doesn’t work, just wait for biometrics or medical, and then the principal applicant can try to link the account again. But don’t worry too much about linking the account to the tracker. You’re not gonna miss any updates even if you don’t link.

I received an email and message from my GCKey Acct. to send additional documents but are multiple documents to upload ( like IMM5406, pics as proof of relationship, FB messenger chat pages as proof of contact, birth cert., parents' death cert. letter of explanation etc. At 17:34 , will I upload them as one file all combined? You can compress the file online to a much smaller size. Try to convert your file into a PDF first, then Just Google compress pdf. You’ll get a few links. Use anyone you like, upload your file and compress it, then download it and then upload it to the web form. Watch my supporting documents video or proof of contact video. Hello, I have same issue here and I am going out of my mind. IRCC has requested additional documents via my email and they requested a lot of information, like wedding pictures, travels and much more so now I made all these things into PDF but I have no UPLOAD button in my gckey account and I am trying to figure out how to upload all these onto the webform if I have to. I know that merging the files and compressing them might be a solution but what about the quality of the documents as there is a lot of PDF documents to be merged and compressed and I was wondering if I can upload them ne by one but then I read that it will upload only last document submitted. six months is a lot, although some applicants do have to deal with extremely delayed processing like yourself. It might be a good idea to engage your local MP now to find out what’s causing the delay. not really sure how effective that could be without an application nb but you can still try. other than this, I don’t really know what else you can do at this point but wait and hope that you get a response soon.

Could you kindly specify if the sponsor's or the applicant's signature is required for the last portion of the document posted to the IRCC Portal? As my representative, my wife has a GCKey account. The applicant's (My) document was required by IRCC, and we uploaded it via the GCKey portal. Additionally, the applicant's (My) signature was added before posting. Please inform us whether there was any error on our part or if it was proper to obtain the applicant's signature regardless of who owns the GCkey account. IRCC stressed that the ADR needs to arrive at the office by Nov 5, 2022, although the document was sent through the IRCC portal on November 3, which worries me. I wonder if they have received my document because there has been no update on the PR Portal. For instance, what are the chances that my document will reach their office in less than two days? Hello, I am sorry but I am trying to figure out if your situation is similar to mine as I am trying to find out some things. I hope everything went well with your application and you received a good news. I am a Canadian citizen and I am my husband's representative. We have received a ADR to be submitted through IRCC account, which I successfully opened recently and I linked our application to it but there is no information about requested documents or upload button to do so. I will wait a week or so to see if they will make any changes to our Gckey account and then if not, I will send them a massage through web form. I would like to ask you, if you don't mind. Since I am my husband's representative and I linked the application to GcKey account in my name, I am wondering if I can submit the additional documents they are requesting from my husband, HERE FROM CANADA or he has to do it from his country using the same portal. I have received the email for these additional documents as I am his representative but letter is in his name and IRCC is asking HIM to submit these additional documents but the problem is that he has no means of using the secure computer and he has no knowledge of these technological stuff so I was wondering if I could submit all the documents myself from Canada. I am scared that they might use the IP address in order to find out where from the documents are sent. We have to submit additional pictures, hotels, airplane tickets and such, plus he has to upload the video of himself, answering 16 questions, which is basically a interview done this way. If you don't mind helping me with this issue and I will ask the guy as well, hoping he will answer fast enough.
