You need what's called a virtual audio cable. It serves as an audio device that you can set as an output for your soundboard and an input on your chat app, while being mixed to your desired mic

A little late or a reply but I used a program called voice meter banana. If you’re not familiar with it, it will seem intimidating but it actually pretty easy to understand. You can also just lookup a tutorial on how to use it if can’t figure it out

Hey man I have a question. I am using extra keyboard as a soundboard using the num keys. When I rebind numbers to F keys it works on keyboard testing sites but on the sound board app it detects it as a regular num pad number. Do you know why? Thanks!

Sorry for the late reply! If your electric step can be acknowledged by your computer as a keypad of some sort, then you should be able to create a macro for that. Only if you don't create a new macro. In the video, you need to create "new keys" as what I did with the F13 and other keys i made. Once you do that, then its only on the second keyboard. Hope that helps!

Hey! Sorry for the late comment! This will work with OBS, you just need to make sure your sound output will be heard on your stream. So just configure it to that. If you want to disable it, then you should be able to just close it. ...I believe. Good luck!

Yes you can. However, once you have the program running, those keys will only have those macros attached. You wont be able to use them for anything else, like what their original purpose was.

I believe what you're asking is within the DCSB, can someone just have F23? And when using the two software together, you are programming it to go through one key, so ultimately you are clicking one key for the sound. I think that's what you were asking but if not, just let me know!

Sorry for the late response! But we create the new function keys so that it doesnt work on your primary keyboard. We create F13 and on. Don't start from F1. Hope this helps!

I would think of an idea of having a soundboard, But what sucks is that I have a limiter, or so-called composer filter on my desktop audio, And when it comes to sounds, I mean it can be hearable yea, But I kind of like if I just have it more louder, but I don't want to ruin any audio by making it too loud that goes over top of my voice

Hey! So I was having an issue similar to that. My "soundboard" was going through the same output as my desktop audio. I have Virtual cables to separate my audio devices and I just changed the output to each of those devices /apps (i.e. spotify, google chrome, discord) so I can control the volume of each individual sound. What I did was download another "Virtual Cable" (I have the main one, I just donated $ to be able to buy two more) and changed the output of the apps that persevus mentioned going to my Cable B. So, now I have full control over the volume of the sound.
