Hi there! You could use a leave in conditioner beforehand. However, make sure to blow dry it into the hair so it is not wet before using a crimper.

What if you don’t have the spray ? Any alternatives to texture spray,or do we need to use it? Beautiful results.

Great question! It's definitely recommended if you want to create long lasting texture to prep the hair before the iron work. We have a few different options in our portfolio to work with. Osis Session Label Texture Hairspray, Osis Soft texture or even Osis Elastic. You should always prep the hair with something before you style to help it last but there are so many things you can play with to create this look. 🖤
