I love the colors. When you get to the ruffles, is it 2dc for the first row, 2nd row 1 DC and then 2 DC until the end?

Thank you ☺️ For the ruffles: Row 1 of ruffle: 1 dc, 2in1 dc, repeat on every st across. Row 2 of ruffle: 3, 2, 1, 1, 2, 3 dc, repeat pattern till end of row. Row 3 of ruffle: 3, 3, 2, 2 dc, repeat pattern till end of row. Row 4 of ruffle: sc on each st till end of row, can use a different color if preferred.
