Many, many years ago (maybe 40), we joined a church, and the mother of the Pastor had a ministry of crocheting crosses in fine thread and giving them to every visitor that came to the church. This is a beatiful cross. Thank you for your video. Do you know how many yards it takes for each cross, or how many crosses you can make with a whole skein, using Caron Simply Soft acrylic yarn, as you did? I need to make quite a lot for a project for my church, so it would be helpful to know how many skeins I'll need. Thank you.

Hi Michele, this cross is very easy, quick and requires very little yarn to make. I gave these crosses away so I don't know the exact yarn requirement to make one. I think you can make many crosses with a whole skein of Caron Simply Soft. May I suggest you make a cross first to find out how much yarn that you need to make one then you will know how many you will have with one skein of yarn. Hope it helps. Thank you for watching.
