For more coverage at the back,start joining your work early just after hitting the burst measurements. Then you will increase to your waist measurements and increase to your hips measurements.

Thank you 😊 I don’t know the L/xl measurements off head but you can measure yourself using a tape measure,starting chain at the collar bone is still 35chains,increase all the way to your waist then add chains that fit your hips measurement,all you need is your tape measurement
