Thank you For the draw use a darning needle to put it in the last row(Top row on the skirt) Larve a long strand after chaining your draw string(chain as long as your hips measurement) Use a darning needle to place the draw in and out of every stitch then pull You can also watch my other skirt videos I explained how to put a draw string
