I agree. I too have been crocheting for 35+ years and she is great. I was hoping to see her add tassels to the ends. I know how but it would have been nice for others to learn from her. I am making one right now with double strands in red sparkle. I will add single stitch to both ends for a clean finish and put single tassle on each stitch instead of 4 or 5 per.

I’m learning that it really makes a difference what type of yarn will give you the best back-bumps. Who knew! After weeks of trial and error, I ordered the Bernat Maker Home Dec Yarnspiration (72% cotton, 28% nylon). It called for an 8mm hook but I’m practicing with a 5.5. This is the best beginner video I've seen for crocheting a scarf! I loved your genius move to crochet the scarf lengthwise instead of crosswise, which is what many other videos do. Thank you so much for this video. My scarf doesn't look like yours, but it is functional and stays together!!! I never crocheted before last night and I am finished and going to do several more with different yarn. You made it all look so easy so I conquered my first project. Much more to come!! I loved your tutorial. I appreciated how you took your time and how thorough you were in making sure that I/we saw where you entered the stitches and ended them.
