How to crochet an amigurumi star | Tutorial in English

Hi everyone and welcome to my channel! In today's video I'm going to show you how to crochet this supercute amigurumi star! I absolutely love it! I's so easy and fast to make!

heres the pattern if anyone needs it! R1 : 4sc in magic loop R2 : (1 sc ,1 inc) x 2 = 6sc R3 : (2sc, 1 inc) x 2 = 8 sc R4 : (3sc, 1 inc) x 2 = 10 sc R5 : (4sc, 1 inc) x 2 = 12 sc R6 : (5sc, 1 inc) x 2 = 14 sc R7 : (6sc, 1 inc) x 2 = 16 sc R8 : 16 sc, sl at end Repeat R1-R8 5 times (5 points) Connect all the points by doing 6 sc in each point and then connecting them with one of the 6 sc Connect the 1st and 5th point with : R9 : (4sc, 1 dec) x 5 = 25 R10 : (3 sc, 1 dec) x5 = 20 R11 : (2 sc, 1 dec) x 5 = 15 R12 : (1 sc, 1dec) x 5 = 10 end with a sl ( I dont know how to write the end but you can see it at 9.31 min into the video. Repeat on the back! (sorry this might not be very good)

When you say "Single crochet" do you mean increasing or double crochet (British)

From what i see, single crochet here means double crochet in British term. Increasing was when she said two sc (again, it’s dc in British term) in the same stitch

Yes, you can do 4chains, slip stitch in the first one and use it as a magic ring :)

nogh80 To make it easier I pause and write of the pattern. Pattern is listed on top of video. With time and experience you will catch on to the faster crochet videos. I was once there too.
