Easy way to increase size is to use a larger hook. I made 9 dresses for granddaughters. Use the wrong hook. Took it clear to Texas and it was too small for a newb. I learned the hard way. Came home increased size. 😅

Hi Navkiran. It's multiple of 5 stitch repeat for the shell pattern. I'm not sure about the stitch count but you can estimate or maybe chain do 55 rows of the waist band.
