How to Crochet Christmas Bells

To welcome Christmas, of course we will decorate the Christmas tree with various ornaments including bells.
For that video this time I will share a tutorial on how to crochet beautiful Christmas bells, how to make it is also very easy because it only uses Single crochet (sc).
Hopefully this tutorial can help you to make your own ornaments for your Christmas tree decorations.

Row 3 ends with 18 stitches. When using pattern 2-1-1-2 and repeat 2-1-1-2, 2-1-1-2 you end up with 2 stitches leftover on row 4. The only pattern where row 4 comes to 24 stitches would be 2-1-1, 2-1-1-, 2-1-1- repeat to end. If you write it 2-1-1-2, 2-1-1-2, then you have 2 double stitches next to one another and end up with 2 leftover st on row 4.

Do you have a written pattern. Having same problem with R5. If I follow your written part in video it says 2-1-1-1-2, 2-1-1-1-2, then again you have 2 double Sts next to one another throughout and that’s more than total number at the end of the row.

I see there’s no reply to the earlier query regarding R3. The 2-1-2 sequence absolutely does NOT add to 24 stitches. Would be nice if the Erfin responded. Not happy!

Row 3 should equal 18.. 6 stitches should have 2, and 6 stitches should have 1 which would be 12 plus 6 equals 18. Now row 4 was a bit off she did correct it another comment, or you maybe trying to add a stitch(es) at the end gap. Hope this helps a little. I use to be confused as well. So I drew 12 circles and then drew 2 lines in 1, then 1 line in the next circle. Sometimes mistakes happen in editing videos, or even while doing them. So I just do the math in a visual way that I can see.. and then Im either able to see what I'm doing wrong, or where the creator may have made a mistake. Hope this helps. Btw I'm not the creator of this video or project. Just wanted to offer a suggestion. Hope you get the chance to give this pattern another go. They really are cute🥰 have a wonderful holiday season!😊
