I made this in black, looks awesome, also without making the shell row. Right now am making a shorter one, also in black. It's right around the neck like a tight collar. Also thinking of adding round beads. Thank you very much for the tutorial! Would love to see another collar tutorial. Bless you!

Hello! I love this pattern and want to make it for my 14 year old daughter whose neck measures 13 inches. Will this collar with 130 chains be too big for her? If so, can you kindly tell me how to go about? Thank you.

Hi, a beginner here. :) I would like to make this beautiful collar. However, I wanted to use Aunt Lydia's Classic 10 Crochet Thread. If I follow your tutorial exactly like it is - same numbers and everything, will I end up with the same collar size? If not, could you please give me an advice on how to make the same size like collar like yours? Thanx!

You can try (4) but (3) is DK and what this pattern calls for. It might come out a little bigger, but maybe the smaller hook will make up the difference. 👍
