I’ve finally mastered your pattern. I replayed the video a dozen times to get the flow of the pattern, woke up this morning and sat down with it again and have success with this. Now starting a new slightly thicker wool piece and it’s working. I knew persistence would pay off. Thank you for sharing this pattern. It’s given me so many variegated wool ideas. The hardest part was remembering (while your increasing on the right, your then decreasing on the left) which is RW 2, as it ends with a decrease edge. This is how I remember which row is which.

Hellooo 😊 Thank you for the light you bring to those who are fortunate enough to find your channel! This may seem like an obvious answer to a silly question, but does the pattern decrease naturally from one point to the opposite?😅 or must I decide when to decrease?
@ExpressionFiberArts7 ай бұрын
No , there are no decreases required. The way the shawl is constructed you will end up with a triangle naturally. 🩷
@traceyscott77653 ай бұрын
Hi there!!☺️❤️ Yes, I wanted to ask the same question. I have crocheted several rows, almost finished 1 skein of yarn. I have a long flat edge and a pointed decreased edge. I was wondering when the decreasing would start because the triangle isn’t a right triangle. I may have to take it out and start over.

Mines turning out a little weird…. Also how do you get it to start decreasing on the other side…
@ExpressionFiberArts Жыл бұрын
Hi there, how is it turning out weird? You won't be decreasing on the other side but once you reached the final dimension of the edge you're done and will fasten off. I hope this makes sense. Please, if you have further questions reach out to us via the contact form at www.expressionfiberarts.com/contact-us/ Have a nice weekend! 💕

Can you list the colors and weight of yarn for the sugar blush trio?
@ExpressionFiberArts2 жыл бұрын
The Sugar Blush kit is actually four skeins of yarn. You can find all the information about these yarns here: www.expressionfiberarts.com/products/sugarblush-hues-luster-sport-kit.html

Hi. Do you know how I can make this larger or to increase more length? I made it for my adult boss using a bigger hook than suggested, but it is still every small on her and she is a petite woman. It fits more like a bald cap on her as it was so short; it would fit better on a child. Can you help? Thanks!

Hi Janine, thank you for your message. I'm happy to help. I'm a bit surprised that your Sugarblush is that small. The model in this tutorial is petite as well and the shawl is large enough to cover her shoulders. Did you only crochet the rows that are shown in the tutorial? If so, the tutorial only shows the different rows used in this shawl. For the full sized version you want to repeat Rows 2 & 3 until the shawl reached the size you like. Please, also consider checking out the full, written instructions from the pattern page here: www.expressionfiberarts.com/products/sugarblush.html I hope this helps. Have a nice day! 💕

@@ExpressionFiberArts oh my. I am so sorry. The comment was meant for a crochet beanie project I had worked on. I thought I had selected that video and didn’t realize i accidentally selected yours. Thank you for taking the time to read my question and for your response.
