For anybody that might be curious as to how well these work, I buy them from the Amish all the time, and I LOVE them! They last a lot longer than you'd think for it being tulle. In fact, most of the ones I've had to toss was more because my husband went ham on them and left them to get gross and smelly then actual wear and tear. My favorite pot and pan tool!

I found myself mesmerized by your awesome nails! I’ve never seen any like them! Monarch butterfly? Scrubby tutorial was so easy, I never dreamed of crocheting tulle! This is my 3rd time watching this video, not because it’s difficult, but because watching you crochet and listening to your voice is very relaxing. I’ve been very ill for way too long and I wasn’t able to do much of anything, much less crochet. I’m finally well enough to begin again and I happened upon this video while searching for some that would be easy, interesting and quick enough to hold my attention long enough to complete something and your video was perfect! My son went shopping for me and had no clue whatsoever what tulle was so he sent me pictures with his cell phone and picked out two shades for each just to shake it up a little! Thank you so much for this wonderful easy pattern and instructions. I am so excited to get my life and hobbies going again! I’m headed to your other videos to see what else I might be able to do! 💜🤗😜

Your pattern is the best. When I was in Hobby Lobby last week, I noticed a yarn that said scrubbie yarn and it didn’t have those little fuzzies on it that make it impossible to see your stitches. The yarn is smooth and a bit rough but it doesn’t bother your hands. I used your pattern and that yarn and voila....a scrubbie was born!! I’m giving these as stocking stuffers. My adult kids love them. Thanks.

This was the first video I watched making the scrubbers. I seen other videos that used 2 or 3 inch wide tulle. Usually they had cut it down to that size, making the tulle weak and warned about tearing and it looked frayed. So far I've made 3 using your easy to follow video.They are thick and sturdy and I love them. Thanks for making it.

@ewynkoopinWi3 жыл бұрын
A single skein of yarn or roll of tulle might seem expensive, but think of how many scrubbers you can make. I think that the overall cost per handmade scrubber would be much less than the store-bought ones. I'll have to keep track of that. 🤔

I found that a cheap paper towel holder works good to hold rolls of material such as the tulle you are using. Just slide it on instead of a roll of paper towels and the base will usuallt be heavy enough to stay in one place while the roll spins freely

I like these! These would be great with a loop on the end, so they can hang to dry - either a small one for hanging on a little hook, or one large enough to hang over the faucet. Would make nice face scrubbers or larger ones for the bath, made in cotton or cotton blend. These just need to properly air dry.
