•8mm crochet hook
•126 yds of Home Dec Bernat Marker yarn (Bulky yarn/size 5)
•Sissies
•Blunt threading needle

Great, thank you! I just finished one for a gift. I just made the handle a little longer and thicker by doing two rows of single crochets onto that chain since I used regular medium weight yarn. I will definitely make more.

Question. You could use a hair tie for the top too, correct? That way you could still put bags in from the top or bottom. The question would be, what would the row count be for it to end up being the right size?

Is it closed all the way around? How do we put the bags in then? Or fill them up through bottom ? Sorry if I'm not understanding

It is closed on top so you would fill it through the expandable bottom 😊

Sure you can! Your dispenser may just end up being smaller or bigger based on the yarn weight you choose. Maybe use 2 strands of Light (3) or Worsted (4) weight yarn?!
