As always please reach out if I can help with anything boating or bahamas related. My contact information will be below.
I do not recommend that anyone follows my lead and starts crossing small boats like it is nothing. Be smart.

Hey, Nick! You are a true ambassador for TC! I'm enjoying your shorts and your full videos, and I'm so very impressed. Thanks for your push to bring back one of the best destinations for beautiful beaches, great diving, fishing, and relaxing on Earth! Treasure Cay is a wonderful place.

Great review of the boat and its capabilities. Just bought a 2150 and am very excited to use it.

I appreciate the support! You are going to absolutely love the boat. In the small ~23' class of offshore capable center consoles (2150 LOA with bracket puts her in the 23' class IMO), there are only 3 of them I myself would buy and the 2150 Bluewater is one of them. The other being a 23 Albury or a 23 Reef Runner.

Great video Nick. Beautiful waters in the Bahamas. My buddy has the Bluewater 2350 and man it rides amazingly. We are out of Bradenton and head out 40 miles all the time just to get to deeper waters. Never any worries.

2:42. "Im gonna get out of the no wake zone that i'm in now"? Thats a pretty big wake you are leaving no? That being said. I watched the whole video. That was badass.

I could’ve probably been going a little slower but this size wake is about standard for this no wake zone.

I was interested in this video because of the bluewater boat. Maybe next time you show the boat some more. Good video though. Thanks!

This was video was definitely about the crossing rather than the boat, but I do have access to the boat and can make a review on it if people are interested in that.

Wow great video. Your 41 is a super machine. I have a 1995 Proline 240 with a bracket, I repowered with a Suzuki 250 and was comparing my number to the ones you have on the Bluewater (a boat I considered when buying one). Mine when breaking the engine in I had 25 kts @ 4k rpm's sure close to the BW. When at speed does the wheel feel real heavy (stiff) to the port side, mine does. I have a guy tell me to trim up two seconds and it should go away. Did you have any experiences like that? Keep em coming.

I appreciate the kind words! Yes it does do that with the steering. Pure hydraulic steering has a tendency to do that with single engine engine boats sometimes. I get spoiled now with the electric power steering that most larger boats have so going back to a smaller boat with this tendency was a blast to the past for me. In the islands we got used to the little Albury Brother boats where you knew the boat was trimmed right when the steering was "loose" and wanted to naturally go in a dead straight line. That is not the right word, but you understand what I am saying. How times have changed though; We just bought a Bahamian built 23 Albury (video coming soon) with full electric steering. It almost feels wrong haha

The kill switch has been updated into a law, anyone operating a motorized vessel must wear it anytime the vessel is underway
@NickOlinde

This is not necessarily true. The law is that if you are operating a boat 26’ and under then you have to be wearing the kill switch while on plane, no while at displacement speeds. It is not a requirement for boats over 26’ at any speed. However even with this new law it’s enforceability is marginal at best and most people still don’t listen to it even though they should.
