Sorry to say you have said nothing how to put the previous statement/confront recorded by the IO. The mode and manner of confronting the specific portions of previous statement of PW and its importance to discredit the statement to of the witness.Hoping in the coming lecture you discuss on these vital matters.

U r right brother , this was just an overview video .. very basic .. it isn't exhaustive . The points u have mentioned I have tried to cover while I discuss section 145 of indian evidence act . It was uploaded some 20 days back probably . Cross examination is game of chess , I can only tell in video ,how to move a particular piece .. but when n how to use what cannot be taught .. its an art brother .. divine in good advocate.
