Sometimes, even on valve official maps doors are in a place you can get stuck ("door stuck"). So when making doors in cs2 its good practice to add a low power trigger push with a delay that is enabled when door stuck opening or door stuck closed. The nuke doors do this anti stick method today.

use the cut tool after selecting a face, it should let you cut out a little door hole
