How to cure Arowana Swim Bladder Disease

Just loss my Arow of 3 years from bladder prob. Did everything possible from epsom salt, MELAFIX, water change, held him upright with air breather Took some beautiful photographs of him fri. Sat. ...by Monday afternoon..dead I think once the get this bladder problem there's no cure. Wish there was a way to forsee this and preventative

my arowana got 2 times swim bladder and back to normal... mostly because of hitting or jumping from aquarium... the option #2 worked for me... lower the water height and minimalize using wave. just keep the water stay calm. but my arowana doesnt want to eat about more than 1 week.

My arowana has a swim bladder bcz of jumping, it got hurt and the condition is same as urs. What should i do, i have lowered the water same as ur added rock salt, what more should i do to save it

You can add some melafix, dosage is depends on how much water left from the tank, add some air stone so that the got enough oxygen

Yes if it is an injury from jumping, you can use the 2nd procedure and use some healing medicine. If it is an air you can use epsom salt
