The key takeaways for myself: All people have fears. Most fears are learned, and they could be de-learned.Especially for the public speaking. To overcome the fears, follow the 3E pattern: Expectancy, Exposure, and Experience. Thanks for the inspiring speech.
@pratikghosh19955 жыл бұрын
1.Expect the best ,even if u fear the worst(imagination, anticipation). 2.exposure -start taking action.
@ManojVasudevan5 жыл бұрын
Expectancy. Exposure. Experience. The key here is - either build experience and expertise yourself or just shed ego & ask for help! Ask someone who has the necessary experience and expertise so that you dont have to reinvent the wheel or waste anymore time - because time is the most precious resource we have.

Am I born with this fear? -unlearn the fears. -Expectency-to believe in the unbelievable. Just believe that everything's going to turn out fine. Srsly. 'Expect the best even when you fear the worst.' Don't do things because you fear the worst. move according to the best expectation. -Exposure-the more you see the less you feel, the less you feel the more you want to do. -Experience-ask for help/advice from who has overcome that fear/or is an expert. Choose a particular fear that I want to overcome, and go through this freedom loop.

Sir actually sometime we need to have fear for something ,it's needed coz fear is teacher and it make us to behave good in society
@ManojVasudevan5 жыл бұрын
That's another prevailing perspective among many. Here is something to ponder "Do you do good, because you want to do good? OR Do you do good because others would then like you more and punish you less?" Fear has been used as an instrument for compliance for centuries, around the world, therefore, we believe we do good only when we are afraid of punishments. Therefore, your perspective is a belief for many and you are not wrong, but other perspective exists too.
