TrinaDuhra Yay!!! A hair technique video for us long haired ladies! Trina, seriously this is how I curl my hair Without the curling iron!!!😊😳😊 High ponytail, hair wound around my finger and pinned in place. My hair is heavy as well and very long, past my waist. The look it gives me is the ends of my hair is softly curled under. I don’t like putting heat in my hair often. Great job!🌼☕️🌼😊

Yuuuup! There's an in-between length where nothing I do will hold, and I'll have half curled, quarter wavy, and quarter straight "mountain woman hair"... and then all of a sudden it hits a length where that becomes mermaid hair and life's good.

This was so fun to try. My hair is straight and fine, brunette. It’s only a few inches past my collar bone and this technique worked great! Thought my hair would need to be longer. I also skipped clipping each curled section, and I didn’t use any products (hairspray, etc). Wish I could post a pic of the results. Thanks! I’ll be doing this easy technique often.

watching this 4 years after it was posted but i love doing my hair like this! to avoid a kink in your hair you can use a scrunchie/ bigger and softer hair tie!

I've done this a few times now and I love it. I actually stumbled upon your video after already doing it but it does work I have thick coarse wavy hair and it's always a nightmare to curl. My arms don't get as sore doing it this way also 😁

I've tried this before. She definitely went in and added extra curls that she didn't show. Especially around the perimeter. Don't do this and expect your hair to look like that

Sometimes I do but in this video I only recurled the layer around my face because they were really kinked up. I also didn’t want to play around with the hair too much because I knew it would loosen them up too much.

When I curl my hair the top never curls! The bottom always curls and there’s no difference on the top!! No matter how much I try to loosen it 😩 what should I do? Also there’s always this weird smell that fills the room when I curl my hair. I use a conair curling iron with a clip. I have wavy thick long hair.

One thing to try to avoid the kink from the ponytail- put it in the pony first and then spray the hairspray or use gel or whatever making sure to not get it too close to the pony

It’s because it reaches your bum. It’s too long/heavy that the curl stretches out a lot faster than on shorter hair. Hope this helps

Hairspray is definitely not for bleached hair. I take care of my bleached hair very well & it’s up to my hips. Tried the hairspray technique & it fried my hair. Never has my hair been super damaged from heat until I used this technique. So don’t recommend for bleach blonde hair.
