How to curl your hair using Cantu curl activator cream 💁🏻‍♀️

This is exactly how I style my curly hair except I plop it up in a microfiber wrap to dry while I get ready then I take it down and shake out my curls then let it finish drying naturally. I just bought this Curl activator today glad to see it works so well on a similar hair texture and curl type to mine. I'm Hispanic and am curious about your go to product from your country. i have the same exact story. you should always try and see if it works for you and it did for me. something i realized is that my hair turns really wavy and curly in the shower but when it dries it all disappears. (i only use shampoo) so i want to change that. so, i will be tryin out new products and see if they work but i recommend you trying it out, but this cantu product works more for 3-4 types of curls. you should look it up.

Hair is not stiff but not soft. It's a texture in between and of course that also depends on how much product u use.

Not permanent but u do not need to use it everyday. It last me 3 days max if I don't sleep with it lose. But if u wet ur hair then yes u have to reapply the cream to get the same effect 😉

Hey it will define whatever type of curl pattern you have. Your hair is not hard like gel but it does get a bit firm as is drying. Once the hair is completely dry and u shake it up it shouldn't be stiff 😊

Hey so I usually do a pineapple bun. So u tie ur hair like u would in a ponytail but on the last turn u flip the ends up towards the top of the head. It's hard to explain 😕

You may be putting too much! It happens to me also. I do my hair at night and when it dries I sleep with my hair up and wake up with fluffy hair. Just keep playing with it until you figure out what works :)

Hey! I do not brush it after applying it. I crunch it up and let it air dry. I do not comb it the day after either. Curly hair cannot be combed when it's dry. Only when u wash ur hair is when u should be doing that. Hope that helps 😊

@@eghosasyt5275 No. It'll weigh down and make straight hair greasy and dirty feeling, you'll end up having to wash it too soon. That's why I say avoid using too much, so you can get the curl cream on your curls without making the straight hair gross. You can however try using a curl gel or mousse over it to help m a y b e pick up a tiny bit of wave in the straight hair by scrunching.

Hey with curly hair is not a good idea to wash ur hair every day. Curly hair needs moisture and if you wash it every day you'll dry it out. I wash my hair twice a week. And when I curl it like this it usually last me 3 days 😊
