Doing this on curly hair was absolutely genius! It came out so full yet natural!! What would you say would be the best curl pattern, length & density to achieve this look? (Please help me more in depth! The camera angle cut off most of what you were doing! & i NEED to recreate)

I'd say use a curly deep wave texture 3 or 4 bundles depending on desired fullness and length. But not too many bundles so it remains light and fluffy. The cut she's doing is really vital to getting those fluffy layers so dont be shy about plucking and trimming. Also The longer the hair more bundles needed for thickness though . And use deep conditioner and place the wig in the microwave so that it Penetrates and when you silk out the wig it will be super silky!

@@chelseaa2769 thanks for the insight! I will say, I don’t make wigs, and her wig was also pre made. So when I say density, I mean density of a premade wig so 150-250% density range

@JadaB.Loved density wise 250 is full for a wig but I think I learned in a video that 150% is equivalent to like 1 1/2 bundles and 180% 2 bundles and so on. Just as FYI. Since it's curly hair being straightened the fuller the better. But not too dense so it still has that airy look like in the video.also it Depends on the quality of the hair. The longer the hair the thinner the ends usually are so Trimming the hair will make the wig look more full as well.

I’m thinking of doing this style on my hair. I could roller set and wrap under the drier, so that my hair can get straight and maybe add large rollers or pin curl it and sit under the hooded drier. Let’s see how it’ll come out. Ps: I don’t want to use a flat iron or curling iron cause if I’m able to figure this out without using direct heat then it’ll be my bi-weekly routine.

@@bonitakourtney8544 so I have the same hair type as you and I like having my hair in a similar way, so what I do is I blow dry my hair on low-medium heat and then use either Bantu knots or flexi rods to give the smooth curls. To keep it stretched I braid or twist it up at night and then scrunch my moisturiser into my hair instead of putting it all over so my hair doesn’t revert. I also just redo the Bantu knots or flexi rods once a week. It’s helped so far. Oh, and I also did that TikTok wolf cut on my hair to give it the layers. It’s my favourite style to have my hair in and I honestly really think we can enjoy our natural hair while keeping it healthy too.
