To download and apply the "Orchis Dark" theme easily : Go to the System Settings/Appearance/Global Theme and click on the option or button "★ Get New Global Themes." Then, search for "Orchis" and download the theme from there.

Myślałem, że jest to polski film, bo został perfekcyjnie przetłumaczony (w opisie i w nazwie filmu). Mogę powiedzieć, że "blur" może się podobać na początku, ale później może... zacząć przeszkadzać. Według mnie dobrze gdy jest ustawiony "strong blur", ale według mnie lepiej gdy się nie ma tego zbyt dużo w systemie. Kiedyś mi się to bardzo podobało, ale teraz już mniej. Jestem zdania, że lepiej jest się skupić na tym co jest w oknie, a nie za oknem. U mnie "strong blur" jest tylko w obramowaniu okna i w menu kontekstowym. Wygląd wskaźników dla mnie lepszy to "MacOS" - to się chyba nigdy u mnie nie zmieni ;) Choć gdybym chciał to i ten zestaw bym ODROBINĘ zmodyfikował. A reszta? Moje preferencje, mogą się zmienić, prędko i bardzo wiele razy, więc... lepiej nie będę pisał :)

​@@NHSoftMały wyjątek u mnie to też konsola (terminal) - zapomniałem dodać + elementy Plazmy (np. od panelu na dole, np. po rozwinięciu kalendarza) - również wolę gdy są przezroczyste. A sam film OK, każdy wybierze to co mu pasuje, wielu użytkownikom się przyda. Dobrze jest to promować 👍

Does Latte Dock will get any update? As far as I know, It will not work on Plasma 5.25 and so on.

Can you advise with the stupid kvantum manager? When i downloaded a zip of global theme & extract it in download folder or anywhere else, the kvantum manager doesn't recognise the folder as kvantum folder 📂! It's not feasible to download from plasma settings. Another request: please make tut on conky manager eg botein conky or any such good which displays date in ddmmyy format, time, weather, CPU and RAM usage etc. The default panel is ****. Klassy decoration doesn't work. I miss Latte Dock. Thank you

Aqui no meu fiquei preso na hora de selecionar o Orchis Dark como Tema Global, ele não aparece, mesmo seguindo corretamente o passo do .themes e dando todas as permissões na pasta...

i use regular kde neon. it will not update? it will find update files, but when i click to install it do not. this is the popup i get (E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem) how do I fix

Try this command "sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade" After "sudo dpkg --configure -a" command.

Just switched to MX Linux with KDE. I'm trying to figure out how to make the taskbar at the bottom two rows. I did find the option "Always arrange tasks in columns of as many rows" and increased the maximum rows to 2 but it's not showing two rows? I'd like to mimic the standard Win7/10 taskbar with quicklaunch buttons (two rows) on the left side of the panel and show all of the opened tasks in the remaining spaces between the quicklaunch section and the tray icon at the bottom right. Why is the taskbar not showing two rows after I have adjusted the maximum to two rows? I tried rebooting the computer after making the change to see if it will fix itself to two rows but no this doesn't help.

I guess the taskbar first tries to use the empty space around it, and once there's no more space available, it wraps the icons into two rows.

@@NHSoft Is there a way to force the taskbar to two rows? When customizing the panel, I didn’t see any element to fill empty spaces. Basically I’d like the taskbar to be permanently two rows with many tiny quick launch icons (bottom left); and show all icons of the running apps in the background in the icon tray at bottom. When switching up to Win10 from Win7, I have installed the third party software called Classic Shell to bring back the classic that I have always worked with. And had to mod the registry to bring back the quick launch icons too after Microsoft got rid of quicklaunch in favour of “Pin to taskbar”, which I didn’t like due to its behaviour by showing the icon on the tray (which I wanted) but after clicking on the icon, it would then disappear (from the quick launch area) and show up as running task in the in the middle of the taskbar. When I tried using KDE’s Pin to taskbar feature, it would show the icon at bottom left, which is what I wanted. When clicking on the icon, the icon disappear and show up as running task in the middle. I don’t like this behaviour because there are times when I’d like to open multiple instance of the same program (e.g. Dolphin file explorer). And I don’t like to waste my time hunting for an app if the icon disappear/reappear due to this behaviour. The add as widget feature is probably more appropriate to mimic as quicklaunch but I forgot what it was about widget that pushed me to use the pin as taskbar feature instead.

You can try Plank or Cairo dock
