I was wondering - if you had a badge holding frame for your sub printer, can you print directly to the card/badge then just put paper on top and heat it?

Probably not. Most sublimation printers (including Sawgrass, which we carry) are not designed to print on anything other than paper. Also, there isn't enough clearance in the printer to fit anything thicker than cardstock in most cases.

What software/templates do you use? I was unable to find it on your website

To find the template for a specific item, click on it, then look in the item description for the download link. Most of our sublimation blanks have templates available. In this video, we edited the template and ganged multiple graphics together using Adobe Illustrator.

What program are you using to create

In this video we used Adobe Illustrator. However, you can use pretty much any professional graphic design program like Photoshop, CorelDraw, Affinity, and more! Sawgrass printers also come with free access to CreativeStudio, which is an online design program made specifically for sublimation.
