if you have elementor then you can edit elementor page using elementor elements. If you have elementor pro plugin then you can use Elementor theme builder feature to edit all the templates. I have published videos on how to edit shop page using theme builder in Elementor pro.

I have one question, I'm using the free version of Astra theme and I was wondering if there's any way to modify the product image sizes? It seems like it's preset by the theme and so even if I change it under Customization, it won't let me resize the images. Right now the image on the single product page is huge, distorting the image quality.... Any tips would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Under product image section, you can change the image size. If that is not working then you may need to get pro upgrade.

Look for pagination settings for product archive pages. The pagination will add the option to go to next page.

Login to wordpress. Open the Shop page. Click on customize at the top. In the left panel you will see WooCommerce - Product Catalog. Here you will see the option to change Shop Archive conent width. You can also change the number of columns for the products. Try this.

How do I show an unordered list of categories and under the categories the products. All on a single shop page? For example Shirts, then under the category name all the shirts, then Pants and under the category name all the Pants... Etc

When you install woocommerce plugin, it creates shop page on which all the products are listed. You can customze the shop page or archive pages using the theme settings. which theme do you have ? If it is astra then I have published videos on how to customize shop page and archive pages in astra theme.
