How do you get your screens to load so quickly? How do I delete or cut a row using a shortcut?

Hi, as far as we know, there are only shortcuts to insert rows/columns, you can see them into the cell menu. What concerns our screens and their load time, here we use small tables - the page isn't overloaded with data. If you have several big tables (50+ rows) and plenty of various macros on the one specific page, then you'll possibly see a bit of a delay while publishing/loading this page.
