How to Cut a Hexagon from Rectangle

Don't you hate it when you need a hexagon, but all you have lying around are sheets of copy paper?
I didn't have time to film a new tutorial last week, so I dug through the vaults and pulled up this tutorial, which I shot a few months ago but never got around to releasing.
