M using crepe fabric

If you cut the tail together with the skirt it shouldn't stress you at all. For the turning,place the lining and the main fabric on each other (front side facing each other) and stitch on the wrong side then turn it to the right side and iron it. You can hem the lining or overlock it before stitching it with the main fabric. I hope you find this helpful 💞💞
