Yes, don’t fold the zipper area into two, use the full length of the bridal as the side to be joined with the other circle while the yardage part will work as the length

Yes 120 but it can also be achieved with 60, you won’t fold the fabric into two on that case

Good question, use a fabric that’s 120” in length or fold into two if you are using a 60” fabric , you will have to cut more circles this way.

Get 15yards, 360 degrees flare will work if you use a fabric that’s 120 inches in length….180 degrees flare for 60inches fabric, but you have to increase the number of circles…..
