I used a rayon material, one and half and the black material is crepe, not up to half a yard. But you can use any material to achieve this. Thanks

Can you please explain the armhole part

Let me try. You know it's an off shoulder so it's assumed she minused 4" from the length of the blouse so that means she has to also minus 4" from the armhole. So instead of having an armhole of 8½", it will now be 8½-4=4½". I hope you now understand.

Just subtract 4" from the normal armhole, you're left with 4.5".
