But please, can you go back and actually show how to put in the pleats, step by step, in order to get my correct waist measurement (43) with one inch of ease, and one and a quarter inches for the front opening on the blouse, for adding buttons. 1440 is cutting out 360/full flare into 4 pieces each. 4 on the lining and 4 on the fabric

Every circle is 360° ,so two circles makes 720°. And a flare is cut in a circular form
