No.. small size can do 1.5 and very big size can use 2.5 or 3 inches

Hi Mediva. On the video where you’re doing the front extension you say divide your hip measurements by eight. so my hips are 35 and if I divide that by eight I get.4.375 for the front extension. I think that is too wide. so what I did is divided 35÷4 = 8.75 and I divided 8.75÷4=2.1875. So is this right for 35 inch hips????
