Use dull face satin instead.velvet will stress you when you want to place your bias

Please did you add the 13inches to your biggest part of measurement before dividing by 4 or you divided your hip before adding 13inches for allowance

You might not like the outcome .the best thing to use is crinoline though I have not tried gumstay

You can minus 6 inches from your hip measurement the remaining divide it by 4 and place it on your knee,from knee rule it down .for me I rule it straight down from my hip because I wanted it to be free at the down part

You don't remove zipper bulge. Always remove one or half inch on the half length that's your waist line
