We have 3types of knee measurements.... 1)The actual knee 2)3 to 4 inches below your actual knee and 3) The three-quarter knee. Ensure to measure from your shoulder to your knee(I.e where you have those hard bones), then 3 to 4 inches above is your actual knee.
