This is very lovely. I stumbled on this video and watched but my question is why was the belt placed differently, on the waist and hem?. I just want to know what effect that gives. Am learning something new but I still want to know the reason

Very good question. Placing the other belt on the waist area and not the hem, is so as to be able to tighten the waist area when tying the belts which gives the top and your look a better fitting. I find it uncomfortable when both belts are on the hem. When I tie this way, I have the insides of my cleavage area showing and I do not want that. I hope you understand this. Thanks for watching💕
