Most times for adults, it's usually the difference of 6/7 inches between the front and the back. For example, if your front length is 40, the back can be 47 inches. And for the kids, it could be 6 inches difference as well. It all depends on your preferences

Accurately measure your cap. For adults, I use 7inc long and 4.5 wide. For kids, 6inc long amd 3.5 wide.
