Hello. Thank you You only need a few measurements. Measure round the hips, round the waist, round the thigh and also from the waist to the boxer length. Hi. I used the exact measurements. But take note that I added 0.5" when marking them on the fabric. However, you can add 1" to yours instead of 0.5". Don't add more.

The important sizes you need are the waist and hip sizes. Remember you're putting elastic at the waist. Just measure a few men that fall in the sizes of S, M, L and XL and you can use those sizes.
