Thank you... For the sleeves, it's just your everyday sleeves cutting, no difference. Cut a short sleeves and a long sleeves. Then run a design on the top of the short (if necessary). Then hold the short and long together and join them as if it's your normal single sleeve you're joining

I did not make any further part on it. The sleeves should be cut normal as usual. the only difference is you will cut short and long sleeves. Sew them together at the cap, then join it to the cloth as if you're joining your normal single sleeve

The chest was 46 which amounts to armhole of 11½" from the top. But because I didn't slant the shoulder, I less 1½", making it 10"... As for the neck, I don't cut it exactly during cutting. As long as a neck is up to 15", I do 2½ on the X-axis and 2" on the y-axis after which I have a way of trimming it to the desired measurements afterwards

I will post a video on complete senator wear cutting on a later date. The cutting of this one is exactly same as the normal senator wears

Lol, I'm sorry you didn't understand the folding process. Note that after determining the full length of your outfit plus hem allowance, just open it straight and fold from sideways. Remember the shoulder is not cut

The thread on the inner pleat must show outside. So you must make sure your hand is straight while running the thread. But the inner pleat will cover the thread on the second pleat
