I'm making slots for t-molding for some plywood and the router bit in using is a 3/32 for some 1/2 black molding. I cut it to what I think is perfect but the molding never catches the groove on the inside. It says it's the right size but it's 100% loose. Once again using plywood.

Are you using a collet extender? Seems my routers are not deep enough
