So I am from Canada and here if we use the clippers in a downward motion on the neckline we fail our government exam, how can we adjust that part? Use our comb and use the clippers going in an upward motion, like a c scooping

Also in school we learnt to NEVER cut kids hair without our fingers because if he moved abruptly while cutting around his ear, you’d slice it off. Do you have tips for kids who move around? My son moves like crazy and I wish he sat this still for me! How do you get him to sit so well?!?!
