Good noon ma’am. I want to ask something about meditation. As you said in this video that special meditations are helpful and effective. As in kundalini meditation or kriya type meditation which is given by gurus. Ma’am i don’t have guru and i do simple meditation . Like i simply close my eyes and take deep breaths in continuous flow. But i want to know more about it and i want to perform deep mediation. Can i do it without anybody’s help, by simply watching these special meditation techniques on KZbin or i have to take help of some experts? I am really curious about this and I really want to connect to my inner self in a proper way. But i am not getting any proper way to learn and perform these techniques 😐.
