Every machine is a touch different. It will take some trial and error with test cutting as there's no "set number" that will work across the board. Here's our chart to try out and adjust / test cut. We also really like to peel the flock and place it directly onto our mat. It won't agressively stick, don't worry. Hi, I love this video, you have showed me a lot, but I would like to know, to cut the flock do I need to use a different blade? I only have the autoblade my cameo 3 came with and I read somewhere that its good for cardstock but it didn't say anything about magic flock. Should I use a Rachett blade to cut the flock?

Hello! Yes, you can. For Magic Flock these are the cut settings we recommend: Blade Depth: 6 Force: 30 Speed: 10 Passes: 2 and for Holographic: Blade Depth: 1 Force: 10 Speed: 5 Passes: 1 Be sure to test cut with these settings first though just to be safe! :)

Sometimes that happens with a software issue. Make sure your software is updated and your machine has the firmware updated as well. :) - TRW Lisa

Hi there! Sorry for the delay in responding! We have a new team and are now able to answer questions much more quickly. We like to store our cut templates on the back of the Acrylic hotfix tape...that white bumpy plastic protective sheet. Then store them in clear page protectors in 3 ring binders. For really big templates, I bought an Art Binder, which is about 25" tall. Let us know if you have other questions. Thanks! -TRW Pilar

thank you for all the training- i still need help i’m using a graphtec blade in my cameo 4 but had the same issue with my ratchet blade- i can’t get the dots to fully release- they remain stuck just a bit at the the top of circles. what setting would you suggest i adjust? i’ve been playing with them with little success except starting to see the cut hitting the backing

The Flocked material is our Magic Flock template material..this is what you'll cut the design in to. The tape you'll use to lift your design is called Acrylic Rhinestone Hotfix Tape and yes, you'll need both materials. Let us know if you have other questions! -TRW Pilar

because my cameo is cutting ovals instead of circles with this material it wasn't like that before

Ungroup, release compound path, and get all of the circles individual. Select them all and if you're using Sil Biz Edition, then at the top change the H and W to 0.135 then lock it. Generally ovals happen because a design with stones cannot be sized with the selection box vertically or horizontally, it'll skew. -TRW Crystal ******Did you know?
