i read and also saw a video of some one explaining cutting Energetic Cords , using just my hands- is that as equally good as doing it with crystals, what would be the diffrence cuz. i dont have these crystals. also how do i fill the hole after the cutting? thank you for sharing this

Hi there! Yes you can cut the cords with your hand, but I like to use a crystal because it feels more powerful to me. If you feel like your hand works for you then that is what you should do! Just place your hands over the area where you cut the cord and fill it with white light.

i did this just before i read ur comment, it made sense to me to put my hands there to fill the energy hole. does blowing on my hand after the 'cutting', the same as washing them- or is it for other energy release , and the hands must be washed? at anycase thank you for replying- this was great info

did some reading, it says that BLACK KYANITE is very powerful and effects the aura just being near it, and also open the chakras. seems like this could be dangerous to someone who doesnt know what he's doin ,or sensitive (like me) mycrystalpedia.wordpress.com/2012/10/23/black-kyanite-the-repair-stone/

I agree with E.M., washing hands is important, If this can help anyone, "dragon blood soap" works great, or some lemon, or lemon water; essential oils are also great for energetic cleansing.

Hi Steffanie, great question. Sometimes when we are sensitive to certain energies you may get headaches or even nauseous. The best way to work with this is to start small. Work with the selenite for a couple minutes at a time and continue to graduate the time as you feel better and better. If it doesn't feel better, maybe try a different crystal that you feel fills you with light!
