Use your normal waistline measurement but reduce the back length by 1" if you used a bust dart of 1".

For the back length, begin your measurements vertically from the top part and use the same Waistline as the front but the length should be less depending on the bust dart you used for the front. For instance, measure from the shoulder to your half length same way you did for the front then when you get to the hem line or hip line reduce 1" on the back length. Your half length remains the same as the front but length differs. Hope you understand.
