Yo, theirs a better less laggy way. You take the traffic ui app. Select the amount of cars you want, and set the spawn rate to the maximum. This will keep the cars closer to each other. Extremely useful for people with worse pcs. You can have 6 cars spawned in and it would have the same effect as 12 cars with the slow spawn rate.

I would also recommend the map called American Road. It has a highway which goes all around the map, so it's a heaven for doing this stuff

I have an even better one for you. Shuto Exspressway mod for BeamNg, its no hesi but beam. super fun, woth 12 cars its even better than italy. and the nightime driving is beautiful because of the working tunnel and light poles.
