Same thing. '2 day' just means you'll see two days worth of 5 minute candles. You can choose any time period you want to see though, 5day, 3 day, etc....

Richard Volume of whole episode was low Please improve in your next video. It was low quality I must speak the truth. This expert was not really interested in sharing his thought process There are some people they don't, in that case you must probe until they speak out otherwise 1000s of hours we are going to waste, this video will be viewed by thousands. Waste of do many hours is not desirable Please help yourself and please ask questions Which helps bidding traders. Psychology is so importance and what kind of stuff he was talking about. This is one of my favorite interviews I've done recently. We focused on mindset and risk management not so much on the details of strategy. The volume was normal compared to our other videos and the industry standard.

Is it 50 period MA on 5 minutes chart that comparison with Vix 25 where he considers that is over extended ? What period ( 50 or others) is it?

Intraday I use a 2d 5m 50dma if we are extended. In times of volatility, sooner or later most days it will gravitate back to that ma(intraday). For overnights, If I am long a stock that was strong the day before, I use the 2d 5m 200ma. If you look at $mdb today, that's a perfect example..

Jon, thank you for this great presentation. I have a clarification question if you don’t mind. At 40:56 you talk about the 200 on a 5 minute chart on 31 May on the QQQ. Can you clarify what that 200 actually is because when I plot a 200 period simple moving average on QQQ for that date, it doesn’t come anywhere near the price on that day. Are you including extended hours data or offsets in your moving averages?
